Growth Marketing Manager
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving Flowcase’s success, and in particular drive our strategic push into North America. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation in Toronto, and collaborating closely with teams in Toronto, London, Copenhagen, and Oslo, you’ll oversee all things performance and growth. From paid social & search to SEO to website and landing page testing, your job is to drive qualified pipeline and measurable results from our digital channels.
About You
We’re looking for a results oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Flowcase. If you have a proven track record of working with high-growth B2B SaaS companies or agencies to optimize and scale growth channels, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take complete ownership over the growth strategy.
You will be able to demonstrate your success in developing and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive enterprise pipeline and revenue growth, and have managed significant advertising budgets optimized for sales demo pipeline.
What You Bring
Strong grasp of tools like HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience working with Webflow, CMS/landing page builders, and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience building and working with AI systems and agents to scale output and growth tactics.
Copy chops - you know how to turn features into benefits.
What you’ll be doing as a Growth Marketing Manager
Own and scale paid search and paid social campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
Manage and improve SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, content coordination).
Lead website strategy, CRO testing, and landing page creation.
Develop nurture flows and retargeting strategies across the funnel.
Coordinate with freelancers as needed to execute strategy and scale assets.
Experiment with growth tactics: intent tools, review sites, referral campaigns, etc.
Own monthly/quarterly pipeline and MQL targets tied to ad spend.
What we’re looking for:
Self-starter attitude: you set strategy and get your hands dirty. We want you to be the local expert on growth.
Analytical mindset with a love of testing, data, and iteration.
This role involves national and international travel, so you’ll need a valid work permit or visa for Canada, the United States, and Europe.
