Oslo - perks & benefits
-
We have a permanent office in Akersgata 49, near Stortinget T-bane station. You’re welcome to come into the office as often as you'd like, but most of us come in around 3-4 days per week.
-
You’ll receive 25 days of annual leave, plus public holidays. We value diversity and recognise that some employees may observe religious holidays outside of the official calendar, so we offer up to two additional days per year for those celebrating non-Christian religious holidays.
-
At Flowcase, we offer the maximum limit of 7% employer contribution to your pension pot, allowing you to enjoy a substantial boost to your retirement savings.
-
As part of our commitment to high security standards, we provide full coverage for both personal and business travel insurance throughout the year, ensuring you're protected wherever your work takes you.
-
You may have noticed that many of our employees are from countries they no longer live in. This flexibility allows them to travel home to spend time with family and friends, and it gives everyone the opportunity to work from different countries for a refreshing change of scenery.
-
Help us grow our team! If you refer a new team member who successfully completes their probationary period, you’ll receive a generous referral bonus as a thank-you for your support.
-
One of the exciting perks of working at Flowcase! Twice a year, the company covers the cost for the entire team to travel to a Flowcase destination for an all-expenses-paid trip. Many of the photos on our careers page are from these unforgettable company gatherings.
-
Once you’ve passed your probationary period, you’ll be automatically enrolled in our Treatment insurance (Behandlingsforsikring) at Gjensidige. This insurance provides you with quick access to medical treatment at private hospitals or clinics and with a private medical specialist, physiotherapist, naprapath, manual therapist, chiropractor and psychologist.
-
We know free lunch and coffee aren’t the main reasons you’ll join us, but they sure make the day better—especially with the rising cost of living. It’s just one of the many perks we offer to make your time at Flowcase more enjoyable.
-
We want to recognise and celebrate each team member’s special day. As another perk of working at Flowcase, employees receive a paid day off on their birthday, giving them the opportunity to relax and celebrate.
